Their work is exceptional and these guys are friendly too. I had good chat with both of them while they were doing their work and you can tell that they love their job. "I used Bristol & Gloucester Building Plumbing Services when we had an emergency problem with a burst pipe late in the evening recently. Despite my dozen or so frantic calls to find a plumber who’s websites state that they are available 24/7 for emergencies the only company that answered my calls was Bristol Gloucester Building Plumbing Services. Kenny ( I forgot his surname) picked up the phone straight away and I explained the situation, he probably could tell that we were pretty stressed out and he said he would be with us asap and gave me some advice on what I should do to try in the meantime to try to minimise the damage and try to contain or divert some of the water as much as possible ( it’s surprising how much difference his advice made and it goes to show how much experience he’s obviously had with these types of situations). Kenny arrived very quickly and despite the late hour he was positive and very friendly. He got straight on with the job and within a couple of minutes the water had stopped gushing from the pipe and he’d fitted a new connection and fixed the pipes within about half an hour, he stayed on a little longer to make sure the radiators were all working properly before he said his goodbyes. We were dreading receiving the bill for his emergency call out because everyone’s heard horror stories about how much plumbers charge but we were actually quite shocked when we got his bill … pleasantly shocked at how reasonable he had charged us for coming out late at night to help us out, i actually called him to make sure he hadn’t made a mistake but he assured me he hadn’t made a mistake and said that he was just happy that he was able to sort it out for us!!! Very rare to find a tradesman who doesn’t try to take advantage of a situation like ours and I can only highly recommend him and his company if you need a genuine and extremely professional tradesman for anything Thanks again for your much appreciated response and professionalism Kenny you’re a star ⭐"

Vic talked me through every stage of what he found and his plan to repair, so I knew exactly what was happening. Source of the leaks were found and remedied. The kitchen ceiling had to be cut back to the joist and new board fitted and plastered. All done to an excellent standard. A very nice guy and a pleasure to deal with."
